Can anyone tell me how to make a cover letter for a fax machine?
I need to create and install one for my husband’s business fax machine. I’m sort of slow on computers so I need a detailed explanation……:( Thanks so much!

Use Microsoft Word. You can create a cover letter and store it in your "My Documents" folder along with any other cover letters you would want to create. Also you can edit it to customize it for individuals to make it personal to whoever you want to send it to.
