Can I delete these off my computer without problems?
I have a HP DV6000 laptop with Windows Vista 32-bit.
I want to know if I can delete Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartPC (I don’t use a fax machine, so I don’t think I need this. But just making sure.)
Also: Mouse Suite (came with computer), and Apple Software Update (I have Apple Quicktime, but don’t use it.)
Will it screw up my computer if I remove these? Thanks in advance.

You should be able to remove all 3 and quicktime without problem. removing the mouse one might cause your mouse not to function properly, like with extra features or whatever, so you might want to leave that.
I would definitely do two things.
1. See if the program has an ‘uninstall’ feature. That is usually on the ‘start’ menu next to where you start the program.
2. Go to control panel. Add/Remove programs and see if you can uninstall them from there.
All the other programs can be removed from there as well. If it’s not harming anything I would probably leave them alone. Most new computers come with a big hard drive these days.
