Can you fax with Windows 7 for free?
I never switched over to Vista for several reasons but one of the major reason was because I could never receive faxes for free or send for free with Vista. You had to pay for an extra software program to do that. Can you fax with Windows 7 for free?

Only on the business and ultimate versions of windows vista and windows 7 has included fax software.
But it also need a fax server and preferably a plain old telephone service. (POTS)
I do know of a free services that could send a fax online, called faxzero. But will only fax 3 pages for free.

GotFreeFax.com also allows user to send free fax online to the US and Canada. User can either upload a PDF/Word file or enter text to fax. Plus, it does NOT add Ads to user’s fax and is suitable for faxing formal documents.
