My client has a service that allows real estate agents to promote their listings online (http://www.vflyer.com) by distributing to the major online marketplaces, email and widgets.
I want to know what is the most cost-effective, efficient and scalable way to promote the service to real estate agents.
Marketing ideas we are considering and evaluating are:
1. Direct Mail Using Postcards
2. Email (Opt-out) marketing
3. Fax Marketing
4. Sponsorships
Not sure which are most effective or which real estate agents are most open to. Would love to get some input. We want to get their message out since everyone who uses it loves it out but they don’t want to be too intrusive or have our message considered spam.
We would love creative ideas to reach large numbers of real estate professionals inexpensively.

I have been filtering emails from my fax services into folders in my free yahoo account. Now I find it necessary to save all these attachments to folders on my hard drive. Is there a way to automatically download the attachments only into specific folders on my hard drive? The attachments are in PDF.

How can I contact custommer service by email or chat for finding lost previous mail
Have contacts consisting of service providers and prospective clients. Need to assign prospective clients to a particular service provider. Then, need to be able see views/reports sorted by providers, provder’s city/state, etc. Then, need to be able to easily send out invoices or Status Reports to the Service Providers. For example:
Have 100 consultants (service providers). Periodically, I get people who need consulting. I match them up with consultants. I charge consultants a small fee for the referral. So, I need to easily track the relationships and be able to send correspondence to the consultants – either an invoice or a "referral activity" report showing them who they’ve been assigned. Correspondence will need to be via email, fax or mail.
