had a fax machine question?
is there such a software where i can fax things from my computer instead of fax machine i guess what i am trying to say is a software from where i can send faxes from my computer instead of using a fax machine. is there such a software for free that i can download??i need to fax something overnight and i dont have a fax machine does anyone know any software from where i can fax things from my computer instead of using a fax machine??

It use to be possable. You would have to have a modem comnected through a telephone line not hi speed…and it usta be possable to fax right from microsoft Works trouble was it wasn’t very reliable and I think that is why they no longer have that feature. I think there are still some sites on the Internet where you can become a member and then fax things from their site.
