How can I check on an online company?
I have ordered a product from a toy company online called Extex, inc. I gave them a debit card number and cannot contact this company. I have emailed them, telephoned them (busy signal), faxed them numberous times and have gotten no response. The confirmation they sent to me said the order is on hold.
Has anyone had experience with this? I am about to panic. How can I contact someone about this?

I was able to get thru on 310-676-9311. There’s a guy there called Bob Jackson that I spoke with

**EDITED TO ADD : The above named person told me to contact the manufacturer of the product, that they would be sending it out and could provide me with a tracking number.. but the manufacturer has no record of a sale taking place. I’ve already contacted my cc company to dispute the charge.
