how can i configure a modem as fax receiver?
I have installed the modem but i can not receive the fax
1:consider that the phone line come’s from centeral machine

I am assuming you are using Windows XP.
Go to Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs. Now on the left, click on the icon, "add/remove Windows components.
Place a checkbox in the Fax Service. Click next. You may be required to put in the Windows XP CD.
After the Fax Service is installed, go to your printers section. You will notice you now have a fax "printer."
Right mouse-click the fax printer and go to Properties. Inside here is where you will find all your options to send/recieve faxes.
