How can I receive fax on a laptop using BroadbandAccess PC Card?
I have never set up fax on a PC. What do I need to receive fax on my laptop when I travel. Do I receive them on my email? And do I need a number, or do I use the number of my Access card? I have a Verizon BroadbandAccess PC Card and I know it has its own number like a cell phone. Help me get started.

It doesn’t matter how you connect to the internet, it only matters that you in fact, are connected to the internet. Yes, you can receive faxes via your email, it’s very easy.
If this is a one time thing I’d suggest using a free fax service like:
http://www.faxzero.com/ (limited – free)
Or if you have a more permanent need for faxing I’d suggest a paid fax service like:
http://www.wiredfax.com/ (unlimited – $5.95/month)
Simply go to the website of your choice and it’s very simple to setup.
Good Luck!
