How can I send online forms to my fax machinese?
I have created a online reservation for my restaurant using a online form. I am looking to setup it up so it will send the info directly to my fax machine since I don’t have internet connection / computer in my restaurant. Is there a online server / software that will allow me to do that? I checked efax and I dont’ think it does that.

There is an email to fax server software that exists. I had similar needs for my business, but ended up getting an internet connection at our site.
My research pointed me to this software: http://www.blackice.com/Fax%20Server/Email%20Faxing%20Client.htm
"The Impact Fax Server has the capability to retrieve e-mail messages from a dedicated e-mail address, convert it to a fax and send it."
What this means, is that you will need a dedicated "server" at home connected to the internet, and a separate line connected the modem on your computer. It starts at $299.
Another option is a web-based online form, that faxes your restaurant directly. Here is a sample: http://fax.protonet.com/sendfax.html . You can redesign your html code to put in a fixed/static fax number and only show an "email field" and "message field". This company is called ProtoNet, and you can purchase the server software for Protofax here starting at $695.
I hope this helps, and keep in touch and let me know what you choose or what else you find.
Excuse for that I interfere … I understand this question. I invite to discussion. Write here or in PM.
Have a nice day
