how do i delete this "access denied"?
cannot delete faxiexe.exe access is denied.make sure disk not full or write protected.
This came on a generic modem install disk.I no longer use the modem and really want to get rid of the Fax Talk Communicator.It’s in C program files if that matters.And if you tell me to do it in safe mode you’ll need to remind me how to start in safe mode.Thanks up front.

right click the file and remove the read only attribute,
Need to use safe mode if an error comes up saying the file is in use.
By booting in safe mode, only basic files are started, meaning the one you trying to delete, is not in use now
For safe mode tap F8 key from power up.
