How do I make a “cover sheet” for a scholarship application?
I need to create a cover sheet for a scholarship application, but I have no idea how. I’ve searched the internet for formats, but I’ll I get are fax cover sheets and cover sheets for classes.
Also, what is a cover sheet? Does that entail your letter of intent? I’m so confused!
Thanks for your help.

Try looking up cover letters for resumes. Basically, it is a formal letter that summarizes your application. The first paragraph should say that you are enclosing your CV, references, etc. in application for the ____ scholarship. The next paragraph might briefly summarize your most relevant accomplishments. Another paragraph would state your immediate (college or career-related) goals and how they relate to the purpose of the scholarship. Conclude by thanking them for their time and consideration and by offering to provide any additional materials they might require. Make sure the letter has your address and phone # in typical business letter format.
