How to make the setup to allow both the things (fax and telephone ) connected on the same line?

Just use a cable splitter. Put the telephone and fax on the splitter and it will work.

To set up the fax,, do it like any normal fax. You can run the fax from teh computer or use it manually depending on what you want to do. Their is nothing special to do.
