How to send a fax to an extension number?!?
I am trying to send a fax using my computer(windows fax & scan, windows 7) but I don’t know how to enter the number :/
for example the first number is 560-506-3953 and the extension number is 2503

Check the manual for the ‘pause’ feature.
This is usually acomplished with a "," or a "#" sign.
You can also configure a proper Dialing Setup in Windows XP. Phone & Modem Options. Dialing Rules.

Each comma is a 1 second pause
