how to use my win xp fax service?
I am having Telephone line, pc with windows xp, Scanner and Printer connected to usb ports. Can i able to send / receive fax messages using facilities? if not what’s more hardware / software required to use fax service from my pc.

once you have the service installed (Add/Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components)
…all you really need to to is have a telephone line plugged in (disable any other internet connection) and open up the document you want to fax (just a basic WordPad document for example) and just go to File > Print — when the Print dialog box comes up select the FAX icon instead of the default printer. A FAX Wizard will then come up to guide you through the process.
If you have problems you may have to go to the Control Panel > Printers and other Hardware > "View installed printers" to set it up a little. (If I remember correctly, I used to try that first but would just have to re-do it through the FAX Wizard I mentioned previously.

You can send and receive facsimiles using your PC but you need special software to do so. Not sure though if you can use Win XP directly… I used to have a programme but I don’t have it on this computer.

1-chek the winfax .how?go to start/all program/accessores/comunication/fax
if fax avalable use it easy if not
2.go too control pannel/add remove program/add remove windows/chek point fax servis
