I bought a modem from walmart and i was wondering if i install that one are there two bills?

   The modem is just your connection to the internet and you are charged for the use of the internet not the modem ( unless you rented one from VZ ) if so you may want to return it and avoid a monthly fee – if the modem is included in the cost of the internet then I would just pack it away safelty untill you no longer need the internet or move etc.
