I’m an Administrator….what else can I do to go above and beyond my duties?
My title is Administrator because they can’t find another name for someone who does just about everything plus accounting. Review period is coming up and I’m trying to think of little extras I can do that would make me look good. I’ve done phone lists, calenders, new fax cover sheets…any ideas?

Why don’t you teach your workmates about bullying and harassment in the office do’s and don’ts. Thats initiative, you are trying to get your colleague’s to appreciate and work well with each other. It is basically called "Team Building".
