I’m looking for a free program to use my computer as a phone…?
I’m not looking for a VoIP program!!!!!
My home Phone is broken, and i need to make a call.
I Have a voice/data/fax modem, But i dont have a phone program.
I also Have a mike and speakers

You dont need a phone program, just plug the modem into the phone line and use the dialer in accessories, communications.
no program is free
but you can use the yahoo messenger i am not sure if it charges if it does it charges two cents
Skype will work for this, but the other party needs Skype, I believe.
