Im trying to rember a title of a game that was for the PC, Its a scary game?

this was the premise of the game.
after you install it on the computer, you give it your personal information, work phone, home phone,fax number and various other info.

then you begin to receive weird phone calls, and people asking you weird requests, then they send you weird stuff in the mail, i think it would also have people calling you telling you someone else will call then you get calls from people saying i need your help.

On the box it warned you, that you wont new when the game will start and you cant end it, only they can.
I think they sold it in target in the mid 90′s

and know Im not talking about the movie with Michael Douglas called the game. This was an actual game you buy.
