Is there a way to send a fax free using cable internet?
Dial-up internet people could send fax for free.
Switched to cable internet connection & they want to charge for sending fax. Do all cable providers charge for fax?

No you cant!!! you need a line its like the internet, how can you go on the internet with out a modem!
