Need help with a IP address tracer?
I have been trying to find a website or program (preferably website) that will look up all the information of a person by their ip address. I found a bunch but the one i have been looking for i can’t find. The one i want i know it gives the person’s name, email, phone, fax number, city, country, street address, ect. Please help me asap. Thanks.

No such thing – IP addresses are assigned to providers in blocks, not individual IPs to individuals. You’d need a court order just to get the name and address of the user of an IP address at a given time. (The provider keeps records, and that’s as far as it goes unless a judge says otherwise.)
