over reactive thyroid and large lymphnodes?
hey i just found out that i have an over reactive thyroid i felt like shit for awhile and this is on top of blood clots that we can find no reason for and usually if u have the blood clots with no reason there is a risk of cancer anyways when they did the ultrasound of my thyroid they found two huge lymphnodes one on each side of my thyroid i had a catscan done today of my neck and my primary doc says there is nothing substancial to worry about but sent a fax of it to my hematologyst (who is also an oncologyist) was just wondering if i should be very concerend and if the catscan really is negative should i insiste on another test and if so what?

I believe you mean your thyroid is over active, the oncologist will be more able to rule out cancer. He or she will order more tests if they are necessary.I don’t know where your blood clots are coming from since you did not specify stomach, rectum, or vaginal . I believe you are in good hands and will resolve these problems soon.
