PAYPAL FAX COVER SHEET?
May someone give me step by step and clear instructions of how to reach the paypal fax cover sheet please, once I am logged on to my account, thanks

1. Log into your Paypal account
2. Click the "Resolution Center" sub-tab on your "Account Overview"
page.
3. Click the "Fax Documentation" link on the "Limited Account Access
Details" page
4. Click on the "Continue to Fax Cover Sheet’ "
5. Fill in the necessary information, print out the cover sheet and
fax it with your other documents. We will send an email to confirm that
we received your documents as soon as the fax enters our system
