Sky Broadband – Send & Receive Faxes?
I’m trying to set-up my PC to send and receive Faxes with Sky Netgear Broadband modem. The Fax Console says I have no modem installed – I DO!! If I use the ‘Add Hardware Wizard’ it tells me it cannot detect a modem. If I insert the software CD that came from Sky, it tells me it cannot detect the relevant software.

Broadband modem is just for internet connection…
You need dial up modem (which connect to serial port of your computer OR is internal as pci card OR usb port) to sending and receiving fax……
Both type of modem are completely different thing even though they share "modem" word.
