I have ordered a product from a toy company online called Extex, inc. I gave them a debit card number and cannot contact this company. I have emailed them, telephoned them (busy signal), faxed them numberous times and have gotten no response. The confirmation they sent to me said the order is on hold.
Has anyone had experience with this? I am about to panic. How can I contact someone about this?
Thank you.
I do not have a fax machine on my computer,. I have 2 phone jacks in my home. One for my computer the other for my land phone. Recently when people try to call my phone it will ring twice then go to a weird busy signal . I’ve found that when I unplug my computer from its phone jack, then someone can call my phone like normal. What could be the trouble?
I also found 2 phone numbers on an online people search for his fathers name in the state he lives in (Indiana) but every time I call the numbers it gives me a busy signal. What does this mean. He can’t always be on the internet with it. Is it a fax number or something?
My hotel doesn’t have a printer I can use. But I read once about faxing pages to a hotel’s fax machine. My problem is that I can’t seem to configure MS’ fax console to get a fax out without telling me the line is busy.
Yes, I’ve done the "9,," before the number but it doesn’t work to slow down the dialing. The PC is still sending out a slew of numbers.
Any help is much appreciated.
I did try dialing the number manually and got a busy signal. Are you saying that the hotel’s phone lines are set up in such a way that a call can’t be dialed out to their fax machine?
Is there a work around for this without sending the one page I’m trying to get printed to Kinkos? Think the hotel next door would allow me to fax to them?
