does anybody know a free sight that lets you fax stuff online.. i do not have a fax machine and need to send something like now…. or i get in major trouble.. so any help??

There are some fax machines that are also in the phone mode. I know the person dialing can press some numbers for the fax machine to go into the fax mode immediately. Which numbers are they?

I would like to create a online reservation for my restaurant using a online form. I am looking to setup it up so it will send the info directly to my fax machine since I don’t have internet connection / computer in my restaurant. Is there a online server / software that will allow me to do that? I checked efax and I dont’ think it does that.

My home phone can fax papers but I don’t know how to change my home phone onto fax machine and then send a fax to someone. Someone please help me!

I lost my user guide/manual for my fax machine and don’t remember how to program or erase phone numbers in the machine. I figured if I could find the user guide online then it could tell me how to do it. But I haven’t been able to find the user guide online anywhere. I’ve already tried the Canon website and it wasn’t helpful. Does anyone know where I can find the user guide to this particular fax machine?

I’d like to be able to send a fax job from my laptop, across the Intent, and to my home fax machine.

Once the fax job gets to the home fax machine the fax job will go out over my phone line.

I am aware of the eFax and the MyFax services but what I am looking for is the ability to use my home fax machine while on the road.

We have this fax machine that calls our home about 5 times a day and beeps for 2 minutes straight. We have caller ID, so I have tried to call the number, but no one ever picks up.

Is there a way to literally block the fax machine from calling our home?

I was wondering if anyone out there knew of a program which was able to convert faxes to pdf. Not only that but I still want my fax machine to print ou the faxes, as having any technological mishap happen would be disasterous.

Basically, I need a program or online website that can email me my faxes, but at the same time I still want them to print out.

My fax and telephone are on the same line. I have had 2 different fax machines, and the same thing happens. If the fax is left on, and somebody rings on that line the fax cuts in and all the person calling hears is a screatching tone, like on a modem. How can I stop this? Do I need a special fax machine or do I need a type of filter on my line? If so which one, and if there is a picture of it that would be great. Thankyou

I am in college and therefore I have no fax machine. I need a website that files can be faxed to and heard that not only they exist, but some are free. Does anyone know of a website that I can get faxes faxed to and then I can look at them and print them out via .pdf or another type of file?

I have Mac Leopard 10.5.7 and was wondering if I can use my fax machine through it’s ethernet port. I don’t want a service like eFax or any online thing. I just want to be able to use my internet connection with my fax machine. Is this possible?

My job hunt is very frustrating because too many employers demand to fax them relevant documents (like transcripts, resume, etc etc). I end up going to a store and paying to 7 each time i fax stuff. I have repeated this cycle over 100 times in the past 8 months.

I have a combined printer, scanner, copier and fax machine but only one phone line. I have been told that I can run the fax line through the modem of the computer to send and receive faxes. Does anyone know who to do this, what cables/connections do I need and how does it work?
The machine is an Epsom and we are on Virgin broadband.

I have occasion maybe 2-3 times a month that I need to receive a fax. Every free fax service I find has a monthly charge. I have a fax machine/printer/scanner but can’t get it to work with my computer/phone/voicemail therefore I was searching a stand alone provider. Didn’t want to spend much just to receive 2-3 faxes, sometimes none, per month. Maybe I need to spend more time establishing the one I already have.

I just wish that Yahoo mail can provide Online fax function in the future . Sometime people outside without fax machine while they need it , they find no way to fax their important document. If yahoo mail can build in this function i guess might be a good idea.

My office receives a huge volume of faxes everyday. The fax is in another part of the office. (Strange office politics but wanting to find a solution) I know there is a program available that will send these faxed image documents to a computer email address and then can be stored or printed. I need help! Can anyone suggest what it is that I need? I work in a funeral trust department that requires a death certificate before payout of funds is made. Everyday we receive between 10 – 20 death certificates. Because of office politics we are unable to have the fax machine in our location. It would be really 21st century to have this computer program!

Hi, does it work with a fax machine connected to it? the phone company mentioned "for some people he fax works, for some it doesn’t". Does it make sense they can not tell me in advance if the fax will work or not? also, I have 256kb/second upload speed and 1MB/second download speed – is this sufficient for reasonable quality when using Voice over IP technology? Our home phone number used to belong to a solictors office and we continually receive spam faxes. I have been able to receive some of these with our fax machine and have called/refaxed companies asking them to remove us, but we continue to get more faxes with different companies. does anyone have any ideas on what we can do to stop this? We live in Australia, changing our number isn’t really an option, would rather just stop the faxes coming through – very annoying when you have a small baby trying to sleep!
