Starting an at home job…. i stay at a hotel on the weekends… juss wanted to kno if their high speed connection is all i need to send over my invoices…. and ofcourse a fax program online…. tell me the best one for that as well please…

i have had problems getting that seeminly built in program with office that is called Microsoft Fax, ex: like when you are in a Word Document and go to the File drop down Menu it has a Send to Fax Recipent option and then looks like you can go thru the motions of sending a fax.

However all the help files i’ve read seem to be on a Modem basis, and no sending help information when you are using a Voip for your phone line (or a DSL / Cable) any suggestions?

Or does anyone know of a free / inexpensive fax program that enables you to directly send faxes from a document from your computer instead of having to print it and then fax it?

Part of my desire in doing this is to save on paper… Thanks !

I’m looking for a free, easy to use fax program that I can run on my computer that I don’t have to have a land phone line for. I want to eliminate our home phone since the only people that call on it are telemarketers!
I’ve looked at all 3 websites, thanks for the advice. One question about Callwave, can I send faxes too? I can’t seem to find that on the website…

I am using cable internet and telephone service and would like to find a fax program that i can use online without connecting a phone line to my computer modem.

My husband routinely sends faxes using the Microsoft fax program. The other day he decided to use one of the cover pages for the first time. Now everytime we fax something that cover page is automatically selected. How do we turn this feature off? We are using Windows XP. Thanks!!

I bought a modem which is only 1 to 2 years old and put it into my pc, but now have a newer pc but the modem appears to be from 2002. Seems it would be best if I keep the newer modem and install into the newer pc since it is compatible with it, too. Plus I have a fax program with the newer modem and do not see one listed for the 2002 modem.

I am unable to get dial-up or broadband connection where I live, so I am forced to use an air card with a cell phone connection. Is there a FAX program out there that I can download onto my computer that can connect using my PC card, where I can send and receive faxes through my air card? rather than a hardwired connection?

we have phone service through our cable company and our phone service is digital. can i still send a fax from the computer (using the fax program that is already installed on the computer) to a regular fax number??
