I have been filtering emails from my fax services into folders in my free yahoo account. Now I find it necessary to save all these attachments to folders on my hard drive. Is there a way to automatically download the attachments only into specific folders on my hard drive? The attachments are in PDF.

Are there any fax services that you just pay per fax, instead of paying a montly fee?

I am looking for a simple program that will convert doc scans and fax them to local phone numbers… being able to receive faxes would be a plus.

Yes…. I have done the "G" search and all I find are fax services and "SHAREWARE" (which is really just PAYWARE) but you get a few days to pay for it.

I don’t want to use the services. Don’t like the idea of sending my DOCS to a 3rd party.

I was able to send and receive fax when I was using the dial up but now I can’t because I’m currently using DSL. I had followed instruction from Windows Fax capability and it requires to insert the Windows XP Professional CD-ROM. I don’t have it on hand because my Desktop was customized. Also, I have Lexmark 4300 Series All-in-One but it failed, no dial tone. I only have one phone line. BTW, I’m aware of eFax and other fax services online. What’s your best technical advice? The faxes need to be able to be automatically generated, meaning that we don’t have to go to the website of the fax service to send the fax. We will be using this service in conjunction with an online ordering system so that when a customer places an order on our website, a fax is automatically sent out to the merchant with the order details. I tried using PlusFAX and It doesn’t work with a high speed internet connection just like the Windows Fax services. Is there any other software that works in XP, Vista, or Ubuntu that can send a fax over a DSL internet connection?

I know I can send fax through a fax-modem. But I dont have a fax modem and using internet over a company network. I have activated the fax services of windows. But I wasnt able to send fax. Please somedy help me. thank u in advance.
