We just got this digital copier at our workplace, and it has the fax and printer controllers added on. I believe the printer board is the K-421, if that helps any of you out with an answer for me. I have tried going into pretty much every menu I could think of, and have looked over the mass amounts of manuals that konicaminolta.com had on their site for this machine and the printer board. Any help at all would be greatly apreciated. I think I could handle setting up the computer side of things, it’s just getting to the correct menu on the copier seems almost impossible. We are running Vista, but the konica site says that it is compatible, so I shouldn’t have any problems after the IP is set on the machine.
NOTE: this is not a new copier, we bought this used from a place in Florida but their tech person is in South America right now and we wanted to get this solved ASAP

I do not know this person at all, this came out of my printer at 4am, and I have no idea. It cannot be a fax because my PC has the web connection. Did somebody try to print through my pc’s IP?

I would like to contact people who use fax over Internet protocol, also called faxing IP. I would like to know if there is any free download software to do it, not free trial.

My fax machine is recieving faxes but I cannon send an email from my fax. It looks like i need to configure it from a computer by typing in the ip in internext explorer but I dont know the address. How can I look it up?

Is gateway Driver available for dial-up voice modem, which makes the modem to be an IP to PSTN and PSTN to IP phone gateway. Can we receive IP calls using (VoIP) Skype and forward the call to PSTN via your land phone line and vice versa? Without using Skype Forwarder (a external USB connected componant) , IP Phone, or Skype-In/Out. Only by use of Software, Internal Fax/Voice (speaker phone) modem and Land phone line. Please give your suggesions…

Wht i have got is an ADSL connection with USB ADSL modem with no ethernet port , a LAN card installed as well on my desktop Machine and a crosswire ethernet cable, i have tried the method of assingnig IP’s ( 192.168.0.1 n 192.168.0.2 method ) but sometime my laptop get connected to interenet and some time it dont no matter how many times i try to diagnose it :S !!! File shareing is working normal but internet shareing do not works always, HOW CAN I FIX IT !!!!

I would like to use the IP faxing also call FoIP (fax over Internet Protocol) How to send a fax from my PC (word document, ..) if my conection is through a cable modem not a telephone line. I already count with VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) in my case Yahoo messenger with voice and I count with a Motorola SB5100 Series SURFboard Cable Modem.
Anyone know how?
