I am looking for a simple program that will convert doc scans and fax them to local phone numbers… being able to receive faxes would be a plus.

Yes…. I have done the "G" search and all I find are fax services and "SHAREWARE" (which is really just PAYWARE) but you get a few days to pay for it.

I don’t want to use the services. Don’t like the idea of sending my DOCS to a 3rd party.

I lost my user guide/manual for my fax machine and don’t remember how to program or erase phone numbers in the machine. I figured if I could find the user guide online then it could tell me how to do it. But I haven’t been able to find the user guide online anywhere. I’ve already tried the Canon website and it wasn’t helpful. Does anyone know where I can find the user guide to this particular fax machine?

I want to send faxes to 50 numbers every night. They’ve agreed to accept my faxes. I have a computer that has a phone line connected to it and it has an internal modem. Is there a program or a way to input a list of phone numbers to fax? Also how would I set up the file to fax? It will be black and white and one page long. Is there a way to fax it without even printing it?

can you call a phone number with dsl or is it like hi speed. with hi speed you need voip. i send a lot of faxes from my pc and i need call phone numbers.

Today I went to check my email only to find my ISP (Mindsync / AerioConnect) had disappeared. Literally. Their web pages have been removed, their phone numbers disconnected or diverted to fax machines. I have no clue what is going on as I have received no communications from them indicating termination of services (I have paid through September 2009). PLEASE HELP!

I also found 2 phone numbers on an online people search for his fathers name in the state he lives in (Indiana) but every time I call the numbers it gives me a busy signal. What does this mean. He can’t always be on the internet with it. Is it a fax number or something?
