Trying to find a philosophy quiz a saw once about where you believe your true self lies?

The test asked a series of hypothetical questions – Would you still be you if… You had a heart transplant? Your brain was transplanted into a robot? Your body was sent through a "transporter", destroyed at this end, and "faxed" and reconstructed at the other end from new matter etc.The point at which you would draw the line suggests where you think your "self" resides. Anyone know where I can (re)find it?
