well my modem for comcast isnt installed on my computer and i need help on how to install?
i already tried the install disk an it dont work because it keeps sayin my ethernet cable aint connected and it is da lil light on and everything an i need help because i need a program or something to help me install my ARRIS modem

I had the same problem. I called up comcast and told them and they connected me over the phone. Good luck.
