What is the correct way to fill out a fax cover sheet?
My companies fax cover sheet has "fax number", "company", "phone number" and I’m not sure if I’m supposed to fill in OUR info or THEIRS. Can anyone help?

put your name and Attention:whoever your faxing to, your phone # and extention and how many pages your sending including cover sheet.

its their numbers and information. Your company logo and phone number is likely on the sheet someplace already.
