lol, no girl, they cannot. Faxes are completely numeric. I understand why you would wonder because they are used through phone lines. But, the data you send is all in a numeric code. It is a lot like an email just sent over a phone number. There are no voice transmissions, I promise you that. But, that is one heck of an invention someone needs to get started on. It would make faxing a heck of a lot easier because you wouldnt have to go through filling out a cover letter and all of the ‘proper formatting’ crap. Lol! No. Its not possible as the fax uses telephone line as a digital data line
Faxes are electronic data, not voice data. Voice does not get transmitted through a fax machine.
