Where can I send a complaint about Bank of America?
What would be the address or fax number that I would use to send a letter of complaint to Bank of America? I’d like to send it to a department where it will actually get read, hopefully. I’ve scoured their site but it’s either hidden or I’m entirely blind, both which are reasonable options, lol.

customer complaints will be re-routed within the company to the appropriate area. since the company is large, this may take several weeks.
